About:
Malshej Ghat is a mountain pass in the Western Ghats range in the Thane district of Maharashtra, India. The site is nestled in the lofty rugged hills of the Western Ghats. A nice view of valleys is one of the major attractions here. The view from behind the MTDC resort is a must-see. It is also famous for dark woods and the animals inside. This animal includes tigers, leopards, rabbits and peacocks etc. But truly a famous place near Malshej Ghat is Khireshwar which is 2/3 km from rest house.
Through Khireshwar village, one can visit the famous Harishchandragad also. One of the beauties here are many waterfalls in the hilly regions. Various waterfalls from small up to the huge ones are really worth to see and many are right next to the highway.
Itinerary:
Early morning meet at Teen Hath Naka-Thane by 06:30 am.
7:30 am, secong meeting point durgadi killa circle (Kalyan)
Proceed towards Malshej Ghat. En-route breakfast.
Enjoy the Waterfalls. Reach at the top of the ghat and explore the beautiful surrounding and the green environment.
Post Lunch, proceed back towards Mumbai.
Reach Thane by 08:00 pm.

In case, of a single rider, the petrol and maintenance charges have to be paid by rider alone.
Wanderingsoulriders will provide info about a willing participant who can accompany you,
and share the expenses. This depends on availability of such willing participants.
Important things to be carried:
Identity proof.
Legal papers of bike.
Helmet / Gloves / Knee Pad / Elbow Pad.
Extra Pair of clothes.
Sleeping Bag / Chaddar
Medicines, camera (optional).
Please pack bags accordingly to protect them from rain.
Important Points to keep in mind:
1 The leader's decision will be final and binding on all members. No Arguments will be entertained.
2 Participants or Members are responsible for his/her own safety and baggage.
3 Over-speeding will not be tolerated as usual, because mishaps cost yours as well as whole group's time..
4 Don't even think or assume that it is a LUXURY trip, please be ready to rough yourself out or else please stay at home for comfort.
5 Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the Rides. Anyone found in possession of the same or consuming it will be expelled from the ride. NO REFUND will be provided.
6 “WSR Outdoors” would not be responsible for any uncertainties happening to him and also the members who accompany him.
COVID -19 Checklist for Participants:
Any travel history to/from any foreign country/containment or red zone in the past 14 days
Any symptoms suggestive of COVID-19 during the past 14 days
Age above 45 yrs participants are not allowed to join any events till further notice
Riders & pillions must carry sufficient amount of sanitizer, masks, gloves, and a personal medical kit for the respective days of the trek.
Apart from the above, Riders & pillions must make sure they carry all the required things, Remember no sharing will be allowed. Riders & pillions will be responsible for disposable of their own items.
COVID -19 Guidelines for Participants:
Mask is compulsory to join for any events
Keep at least 1 meter distance during all social and inter personal interactions
Avoid Touching frequently touched objects and surfaces with bare hands
Living with Corona is the new normal. We must learn to take care of ourselves. It is our responsibility to keep ourselves and our Nation safe from Corona. While doing that we must follow our dreams too.

As you know, there can be last-minute announcements and we will have to follow them. However, we shall try to abide by the Government rules keeping in mind the welfare of our trekkers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. If cancellation done prior to 10 days of outing 75% will be refunded.
2. If done prior to 5 days of outing 50% will be refunded
3. After that no refund will be provided.
