WSHFC Sponsored Down Payment Assistance and First Time Homebuyer Class

Homeownership is the number one way most American's build wealth, but researching how to purchase that first home can feel like drinking from an information fire-hose. This class covers everything first time homebuyers must know about purchasing their first home, as well as the 9 different down payment assistance programs available to help make that dream a reality.

***Saturday April 11th from 10am-3pm***

Please join Loan Officer Brandon Holakiewicz from CrossCountry Mortgage and Ben Prisament from Keller Williams Greater Seattle as they host this WSHFC certified class.

Light snacks and beverages will be provided, but feel free to bring food. There is a fridge and microwave to use if you'd like.

This class fulfills the Washington State Housing Finance Commission requirement for using their first time homebuyer and down payment assistance programs.
