You wanted it, you got it! WRRC Track Tuesday is here!
This event is a great way to meet with the group, but also run your own paces, everyone is welcome! We will officially meet at 5:40AM, then feel free to warm-up / run your workout / cooldown at your own pace. You have the option to warm up on the track, or warm up on the Lake Highlands North Trail that is right behind the track - there is access from an alley near the school.
A couple of things to note: Please pick up after yourself - do not leave water bottles or trash behind. Some general etiquette: faster runners in lane 1, and please shift to the outer lanes during your recovery laps.
There is plenty of parking in the school parking lot.
