6 am start from BSC.Pace depends on who comes out but it's usually in the 8s. Open invite!
If everyone wants 6-ish miles, we have the option of either doing an out and back at the lake or doing the 6.5 mile SoPac loop. If we have a mix of distances, we can just do an out and back so everyone can turn as needed.
ALSO NOTE: If no one but me (Julie) rsvp's, I'll just shift my run to the neighborhood, so if you're planning to come, PLEASE rsvp. I rather dislike running the lake solo in the dark.
