Written Portraits arrives to Munich, to the unrepeatable Le Hygge 🌻 Join this unique experience, get your poem-portrait in paper and experience the experience of a personal dance piece and a personal music piece created on the spot for you! We’re looking forward to see you there!
🤌🏼 Written Portraits is a participative, inclusive, diverse and transdisciplinary performance based on improvisation. As painters do, Ox Maló portrays persons from the audience observing them and improvising a poem with his typewriter. Words and the portrayed person sitting in front of the artist drive this unique and unrepeatable moment into an experience of trance and personal interconnection that erases barriers, creates a sense of belonging, self-respect and inclusion, encouraging the audiences to be part of a self-discovering, self-respecting and anti-stereotyping piece of art. At the same time, Kristina Isabella Trněný portrays the person with an improvised dance piece and Aron Hollinger does the same with a spontaneous piece of music, all this creating a unique experience that includes the audience as part of the process of creating an itinerant mirror.

📇 Ox Maló has portrayed around 3000 persons and worked with more than 60 artists who also portrayed across their disciplines. In 2022 a book called The Written Portraits Poems was published, collecting poems and a prologue telling the story of the performance.
💃🏽 Kristina Isabella Trněný is a dance artist and performer, who finds artistic expression in various ways. She’s inspired by everything, everywhere, all at once: sharing a love for details, slowing down, paradoxes & intuition. Interweaving different fields Kristina has recently found herself being part of the initiative EXPERIMENTAL JAM MUNICH, productions at PATHOS and projects with MPZ at Museum Brandhorst.
🎸 Aron Hollinger is a multi-instrumentalist musician and composer. Aron performs across a variety of genres, including jazz, rock, traditional music, and improvised music. His primary focus and passion lies in collaborating with artists from diverse disciplines and backgrounds, creating a space for interdisciplinary exchange and experimentation.
