Inspired by the wisdom of bell hooks, this four-week workshop is a guided journey into love in all its forms: love for self, love for others, and love as a radical, daily practice. Through reflective journaling, restorative writing, meditation, and deep discussion, we will explore what it means to release old narratives, cultivate self-love, and consciously build a vision for love in our lives.

Each session is designed to help participants move through personal and collective reflections on love, uncover limiting beliefs, and create a new, intentional foundation for love. By the end of the workshop, you will have crafted your own Love Blueprint—a guide to loving and being loved in alignment with your deepest truths.
