Instructor: Ruth Ellen Porter
In this six-week course, participants will explore the transformative power of writing as a tool for healing and self-discovery. We will integrate classic and contemporary works with reflective writing practices, engaging deeply with our own stories, emotions, and creative inner resources. Pairing selected readings—poems, short stories, and memoir excerpts with guided writing exercises, we will aim to gain insight, resilience, and personal growth.
The class will take place at St. John's Episcopal Church (473 S Wayne Avenue). Workshop fee is $165.
