About this Event
Event Details
Sometimes the words we needed to hear the most were never spoken. And we carry those unheard words into adulthood.
This guided art therapy workshop invites you to reconnect with a younger version of yourself who may still be waiting to hear those words.
Through collage, color, and guided reflection, you will create a visual letter to a younger you. And together, we'll explore compassion, resilience, and personal insight. Rather than focusing on artistic skill, this experience centers on meaning-making through expression and art creation.
You will be guided through a simple artmaking process followed by a group reflection and discussion in this small-group setting.
No artistic experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.
What to Expect
• Guided reflection prompts
• A creative collage-based art activity
• Time for artmaking and personal reflection
• Group conversation and sharing
• A small, supportive creative space
Playful refreshments to nourish your younger self will be provided.
Photographer & Social Sharing
A photographer may be present to capture images of the creative process and workshop atmosphere. You will be asked for permission before any identifiable photos are shared.
To support privacy and open reflection, audio recording will not be used during the workshop.
You are welcome to share your own experience or artwork on social media. Please ask permission before photographing or sharing artwork created by others.
