A casual, happy hour reading of queer, feminist, or otherwise radical writing across genres followed by an open mic.
About this Event

A reading of queer, feminist, or otherwise radical writing. Join us for an opportunity to connect, relax, and build community during a casual happy hour. Featuring writers across genres, including short readings by Raquel Gutiérrez, Rebecca Suzuki, Chrissy Martin, Dorsia Smith Silva, Marisa Crawford, Celeste Chan, Eleanor Whitney, and Liz Flyntz.

This reading will give writers a chance to connect and share their work and reflect on how creativity and community action strengthen each other, and deepen our understanding of what “resistance” can take in our current climate.

An open mic follows - come share your work! Please sign up on arrival. 3 minute reading, keep it queer, feminist, or otherwise radical.

RSVP is optional. Admission is based on bar capacity. Venue is ADA accessible.

Organized by Liz Flyntz and Eleanor Whitney
