These words, penned with profound insight, encapsulate the essence of our journey through the upcoming season. We hope this writing circle series can be a transformative experience for teen girls, giving them skills to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and joy.

This series is designed to empower teens with the tools and understanding to cultivate self-love and resilience in their daily lives. Guided by the principles in “The Self-Love Workbook for Teens” by Shainna Ali, participants will embark on a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and empowerment.

Course Highlights: Week 1: Understanding You: A Family Introduction (parents invited); Week 2: Knowing You: Self-Awareness and Exploration. Week 3: Caring for You: Building Self-Care and Self-Esteem; Week 4: Respecting You: Practicing Self-Kindness and Self-Respect; Week 5: Growing Into You: Embracing Self-Growth and Self-Love. This 5-part writing circle will be held on March 29, April 5,12,19,26, and will be led by certified facilitator Shani Hall. Open to anyone who identifies as a girl between the ages of 15 to 21. Class size limited to 8. Register early.
