Writing for Wellness with Caelainn Bradley

Relaxed, informal workshops. No previous writing experience is required. A great way to meet people and take some time for yourself every week… These workshops include writing exercises for wellness and self-expression. There’ll also be lots of time for conversations, and tea and biscuits at the break. Nobody is ever required to read what they’ve written out loud (although they’re welcome if they choose to!) and you can participate as much or as little as you’d like. Expect a friendly, supportive environment. Everyone is welcome.

Caelainn Bradley is an author and creative workshop facilitator. She was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. Her essays and short stories have appeared in publications like Banshee and The Dublin Review. She writes psychological thrillers under the pen name Rachel Ryan. She loves travel, hiking, the outdoors, and storytelling in all its forms. Her workshops are fun, informal, and welcoming. No writing experience necessary – please come along!
