Calling all writers in the editing process! Have you finished your novel or poem and are ready for feedback that will take your work to the next level? Join us in store on 4th Thursdays for Writing Critique Group led by local writer @simonekovacsauthor @sheasbookshelf 3 participants will get read their work reviewed each session. All writing levels welcome.

About the hosts:
Simone Kovacs is a YA fantasy writer based in Sacramento, CA. She has an MFA in Creative Writing from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in English from Harvard. When she’s not writing or working in digital marketing, you can find her making Booktok videos, catching up on new SFF reads, playing with her rescue border collie, and working with her husband to build an online writing app called Motif (meetmotif.com).
Shea Robinson is the author of several works, including her debut novel, Dance With Me, first published in 2022, and Turn the Page: A Collection of Short Stories. Playlist for the Apocalypse, the first novel in her adult speculative fiction trilogy, is publication forthcoming. With Robinson’s conversational, artistic, and naturalist style, readers are invited to explore what makes us human, both in our care for each other and our vengeance at those who have hurt us, whether real or imagined.
