Meet the Speaker!
Kristina Campbell is a science writer specializing in the microbiome and gut health. She has written hundreds of articles for media throughout Europe and North America, with bylines in Nature, Scientific American, Alive magazine, and many more. She is the author of Gut Health For Dummies (Wiley, 2024) and The Well-Fed Microbiome Cookbook (Rockridge Press, 2016), as well as the co-author of a textbook for dietitians on gut microbiota and nutrition (Academic Press, 2nd edition 2023).
