Writers’ Night: Writing for the Screen

So many writers dream of writing a screenplay. Lots of us already have one (or parts of one) sitting in a drawer or saved in some rarely looked at computer file.
This Writers’ Night is your chance to take your screenplay to the next level. Whether you’re polishing an old script, looking for a teacher to help you with character development and story arcs or still searching for an inspirational topic/something to write about, this night will help you get there.
The evening’s highlights will include:
- Meet the maestros: Screenwriting professionals and teachers, including Alizée Musson, author of The Art of Writing Animation.
- Elevator pitches: tell us in 1 minute or less what you're working on!
- Networking Over Wine and Bites: Mix, mingle, and maybe meet the agent, editor, or creative partner who will help you take your next steps.
New paid format
In order to continue these writerly meetups, we are changing things up a bit. Tickets will now cost €15, but you will also receive a €10 book voucher to use that evening, as well as all the drinks and hapjes you can stomach.
