WRISE & Shine Yoga

Start the day off with WRISE's own Sam Frick for a morning yoga class! The class will cost $10 for WRISE members. Please be sure to RSVP as space is limited. Members will need to bring their own yoga mats and water bottles. We look forward to seeing you there!

We have the space from 7am-9am, so feel free to come early or linger after to catch up with your fellow WRISE members. Class will begin promptly at 7:30am, to ensure we get through the entire class and have time to clear the room after. All fitness levels are encouraged to attend.

Please register to reserve your spot since this event is limited to 15 people. If your plans change after you register, we kindly ask that you cancel your event registration in Eventbrite (instructions are available at https://www.eventbrite.com/help/en-us/articles/575010/how-to-cancel-your-free-registration/) to allow others the opportunity to participate.
