As the year draws to a close, join us for a cosy evening of Wreath Making and Mindful Activities - the perfect winter wind down.
We will start with a brief meditation and journaling session to help us reset before the Christmas chaos ensues!
Then we'll get our creative juices flowing and spend the evening creating your very own beautiful wreath to adorn your door or perhaps to gift someone.
There will, of course, be nibbles and drinks too!
