Vernon Davis Grizzard served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corp and is buried in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. Mr. Grizzard had an economic impact on the Rome, Floyd County area, but is best remembered for his legacy of generosity. We hope to honor Mr. Grizzard for his service at our December 19, Wreaths Across America Ceremony.
