WRAP: Wellness Recovery Action Plan - Your Wellness Your Way

This engaging seminar is for anyone in the world who is interested in wellness, recovery, and creating their own evidence-based Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).

Over four, 4-hour sessions, participants learn how to develop personal life and wellness goals as they engage in a mutual learning model with other peers.

The WRAP Seminar introduces participants to the values and ethics of WRAP and the five key concepts and will guide them in creating a personal WRAP.

Session dates: October 2, 9, 16, and 23 from 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. each day

NOTE: When registering, please be aware that your attendance is expected for the four dates listed.

Each person wishing to attend must register separately.
