WRAP - Wellness Recovery Action Plan

In an 8 to 10 -week WRAP group, individuals explore:

· self-help tools (e.g., peer counseling, focusing exercises, relaxation, stress reduction techniques, etc.);

· resources for keeping well and feeling better in difficult times.

Refreshments and TTC Presto tickets provided.

Language interpretation will be available based on participant request.
