WOW Wednesday: Awakening the Sage Within

DATES: October 23rd, October 30th, and November 6th 2024.

TIME: Community Meal at 6 p.m. and class is 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Today, most people approaching their elder years can expect to live another 20 or 30 years. But how do you want to live those years? Sage-ing (also known as Spiritual Eldering or Conscious Aging) is a model for living one's elder years more consciously, more joyfully, and with greater peace and compassion. Sage-ing can help us develop a balanced plan for our elder years that is personally fulfilling as well as beneficial to others.
