Proceeds from the Sneaker Ball Soirée directly fund WOW programs, including:

• WOW Business & Workforce Development: Providing coaching, training, technical assistance, and access to resources for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and job seekers.
• WOW Financial Wellness & Blended Capital Programs: Expanding pathways to economic stability through financial education, grants, loans, matched savings, and other wealth-building opportunities.
• WOW Environmental Justice & Clean Transportation Initiatives: Advancing equitable access to clean energy and transportation through the WOW Zero-Emissions Project, EV CarShare, WOW Mobility Express, Electric Charging infrastrucuture, clean mobility programs, and environmental justice education.
• WOW Scholarships & Leadership Development: Providing scholarships for first-time college students and those pursuing advanced education, along with mentorship, training, and leadership development for emerging community leaders.
• WOW Civic Engagement & Community Advocacy: Strengthening community voice through nonpartisan civic education, voter awareness, community engagement, leadership development, and opportunities for residents to participate in decisions that impact their communities.
