After years of listening to our crowd chanting "we want more," when the music stopped at Alppimuisto - Free Open Air we finally decided to give you what you want. More music, more experience, more dancing on the lawn.

With a career spanning nearly 25 years, from the early days of the Goa Trance scene and his involvement as co-producer on the seminal album 'Cosmology' on Transient Records as one half of Cosmosis, Laughing Buddha developed his solo career with releases on Flying Rhino, T.I.P. Records, Dragonfly (as Drum Druids) and other labels before moving on to the green and exciting pastures of the Nano Records team. Jez is an experienced Live Act and Dj. Anyone who has seen him perform will confirm that he brings a unique ego-free energy to every party he plays at, genuinely coming to life and invigorating the crowd with his high-tech driving masterpieces and impressive stage presence.
His collaborations include tracks with Tristan as Fearsome Engine, Avalon, Outsiders, Killerwatts, Electric Universe, Eat Static, Space Tribe, Mandala, Waio, and many more.

Boom Shankar
German-based Boom Shankar is a psytrance Dj and, label manager
for BMSS Records.
Whether he is guiding the dance floor through the night or into the morning,
the outcome is always a voyage filled with depth and energy that allows
the crowd to feel a sense of freedom through Trance. Groovy, deep, mature,
hypnotic, and clearly distinguishable.
Having played at many underground & significant events worldwide, he has
developed a complete understanding of each dance floor's flow and energies.
He is flexible in terms of "styles." Through his impromptu sets, he can
interact personally with each dance floor, taking the audience on a transformative journey. His sets are a direct form of communication through music.
