Together, we’ll explore a heart centered journey through conscious breath, intuitive movement, and the resonance of shamanic sound. This gathering weaves together connective activities that bring you closer to those around you and in turn yourself, group somatic art touch where you will learn to move energy through your body, and playful moments of community helping you return to your peace, your rhythm, and your inner knowing.
Guided by Rusomeoneascending and Kati Astraeir, you'll move through embodied practices that support the clearing of stagnant energy, create space for clarity and expansion, and invite deeper softness and self-trust.
This will be a fun, nourishing evening to release what feels heavy, awaken your senses, and remember the deeper wisdom that lives within you.
