Worthy AF YYC Sparkle, Dance and Shine!

Unleash your inner sparkle and dance away to your favourite music from all genres!! Musicals , 70’s, 80’ s , 90’s and beyond !! This low impact dance class will get you moving , shimmying and giggling with a lot of Sparkle!

Meet our instructor:

Pam has been a group instructor for 8 years (canfitpro certified). I am licensed to teach Zumba, POUND, Strong Nation, Soulbody Barre plus many more formats. I am all about having FUN while moving your body. I like to make my clients feel successful in all my classes by making the choreographies and movements simple. I strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where you can lose yourself on the dance floor or energize yourself in a fun pound class. Originally from Scotland, I moved to Canada 13 years ago. I have three children and three cats and have a love for cooking and Wine! I can't wait to share my energy and passion for FUN group classes with you!
