Pain Science through a Christian lens. Workshop will include education and experiential elements.
Many of our battles are won “in the midst” of life’s challenges. An increasingly common challenge is that of chronic pain. This workshop looks at pain science and ways to help desensitize the nervous system. We will also learn how worship is helpful in the process. This workshop will be educational and experiential.
Worship will be led by Gabby Stevens. Teaching and experiential activities will be lead by Jeannie Hughes, LIMHP. This is a 2 day workshop. Session 1 is Friday from 6pm-9pm and Session 2 is Saturday from 9am-Noon.
