March 20, 2023 will mark the 95th anniversary of the birth of Fred McFeely Rogers, who died 20 years ago (2/27/2003) and whose life and pioneering ministry shaped and guided the lives of millions of people, young and old. His words, songs and story continue to touch and inspire. Come be lifted and affirmed as we revisit the lessons of 'Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood.'
The Rev. Ben Meyers has been a UU minister since 1995 and served as minister of BFUU from 2009 to 2013. He is currently a Hospice Chaplain for Bridge Home Hospice and lives in Oakland, near Lake Merritt and his adorable grandchild, with whom he shares the wisdom, wit and whimsy of Mr. Rogers.
