New Moon & Move - Reset your Intent

Come join us for a transformative evening under the new moon where we will explore the power of soatic breathwork, movement of all kinds, and intention setting practices. This in-person event offers a safe space to pause in being fully present. It's a time to explore your deepest desires and heartfelt wishes that sometimes get lost in the flurry of so much doing.

The New Moon is a powerful time to embrace clarity and completion. It’s time to set goals for releasing old patterns and celebrating progress. Somatic Breathwork is a guided journey to access and release stored emotions, trauma, and tension in the body and discover your bodies in-ate healing abilities. Movement will include physical activities like dancing, strength training, stretching, and mindful intuitive movement exercises. This is an opportunity to clear your mind for the intention setting ahead. The practice of reflecting on what you want to achieve and then making a plan to get there is Intention setting. We will be using SMART Goals to set these intentions for the coming month!
