For the Worm Moon we're partnering with WisCorps once more and hanging out in Myrick Park. Join us for this first Sunset into evening walk, hit up the lit up paved trail and learn about composting while enjoying a dirt cup and some hot chocolate. If you are out on the trail around 7:15pm there should be some fantastic views of the sunset. There's even a chance you'll spot one of the eagles that have a nest in the area. This walk is perfect for families and very accessible to all! Also a fun alternative to being downtown on St. Patrick's Day weekend.
Fun Facts:
The Worm Moon is also known as the Eagle Moon, The Crow comes Back Moon or the Sugar Moon. This year is it the last full moon of the winter season making it the Lenten Moon.
