1,980 steps in the Towers that fell on 9/11. That's 17 times up & down 120 stairs in the Lake Co. Fairgrounds Grandstand. You will be given 17 pennies, dropping off 1 after each lap is completed. When your pennies are gone, you are finished! Are you up for the challenge?Each participant will be given the name of one of the 412 emergency workers who lost their lives on that day.
Cost: $25. Includes Finisher Medal. Shirts extra $16 thru 9/3. Event day: $30 all ages & no Finisher Medal.
Smaller climb (354 steps) is also available. Cost: $20. Includes Finisher Medal. Shirts extra $16 thru 9/3. Event day: $30.
