World Trade Center New Orleans Transportation Committee Luncheon

The Transportation Committee meets to discuss regional transportation and infrastructure initiatives and recommends and highlights policies and projects to the World Trade Center’s Advocacy and Education efforts that will increase awareness of Louisiana’s multi-modal transportation system. This includes policies and regulations relevant to Louisiana’s international trade economy.

The cost of the luncheon is $50.00 per person and includes a three-course meal featuring a mixed green salad, choice of entree**, and dessert.

Duck and Andouille Gumbo

Main Course:
Grilled Pork Chop sautéed greens, whipped sweet potatoes, roasted apple butter

Gulf Shrimp Florentine cavatappi pasta, spinach, tomato, garlic cream

Praline Bread Pudding brown butter caramel sauce, whipped cream, pecan pralines
