Join us for a energizing morning of movement, mindfulness, and community as we celebrate World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2026.

This year’s theme, “The Joy of Connecting Within,” we invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover the peaceful, vibrant energy that lives inside you. Through gentle Tai Chi and Qigong practices, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and uplift your spirit.

As we gather outdoors, we’ll also take a moment to appreciate our connection to the Earth—feeling grounded, supported, and renewed in nature’s embrace.

Event Highlights:

• Free Tai Chi performances.
• Community Tai Chi & Qigong class (all levels welcome).
• Time to relax, connect, and enjoy nature together.
• Bring-your-own picnic to close the experience.

Whether you’re new or experienced, this is a welcoming space to move, breathe, and simply be—together.
