About this Event

Celebrate World Sound Healing Day by becoming a vessel for peace.

Join us on February 14th for a transformative journey into Coherence Healing. While the world celebrates romantic love, we will gather to cultivate a deeper, universal vibration: a collective frequency of love, kindness, and peace to radiate out into the world.

When we align our hearts and minds through intentional sound and breath, we create a "coherent" field. This isn't just a personal meditation—it is a collective contribution to the global energy grid.

The Experience

Our 90-minute session is designed to harmonize your nervous system and elevate your spirit:

• Guided Breathwork: We begin by synchronizing our internal rhythms to settle the mind and open the heart space.

• Sound Meditation: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of [mention instruments like gongs/bowls if applicable]. These frequencies help dissolve blockages and anchor the intention of peace.

• Collective Sending: Together, we will focus our coherent energy outward, sending a "vibration of love" to every corner of the planet.

What to Bring

• Yoga mat or a padded surface to lie on.

• Two blankets (one to spread underneath you for extra cushion, and one to cover yourself).

• Water bottle to stay hydrated.

• Eye pillow or sleep mask to deepen the sensory experience.

Parking is available around the block. Please note that you may need to park and walk a short distance to the church. We recommend allowing an extra 10 minutes for parking so you can arrive relaxed and ready.
