You will have 3 delightful wagyu dishes by chef Toma Takahashi who is a Japanese Kaiseki chef.

Chef Takahashi worked at -Nadaman- which is a famous Kaiseki restaurant in Japan.

Currently, he is working as a chef at well-known 2 hats Japanese fine dining restaurant in Melbourne.

He will be here for only this day to celebrate the world sake day together!!!

We will showcase special sakes which are rare and incredible to be able taste in Melbourne.

More than 20 brands of sake are available for tasting on this day, you can choose 5 brands for pairing with Wagyu. (Extra tasting is also available)
