Join us at Yoga Lounge in honoring, World Peace Day; a global celebration of unity, harmony, and peaceful connection among all people and nations.
This special offering, led by Zetta Rose, begins with a gentle, heart-opening yoga practice to soften the body and quiet the mind. We’ll then move into a special meditation for peace.
Together, we’ll create sacred space to reconnect with our true nature and radiate that peace outward to all people and nations in this world and beyond.
