Paint the Ice Rink at Rosa Parks Circle! Join us for this fun, family-friendly event where you can get creative, enjoy a lively street party and savor delicious food from local trucks.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
• Community Art Project: Paint the ice with us—materials provided!
• Street Party: Monroe Center closed to cars, featuring vendors, activities, and fun for all ages.
• Ribbon Bracelet Workshop: Free craft at the GRAM from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• GRAM Discount: Get admission discounts to the galleries when visiting the workshop or café.
• Disney’s Princesses: Meet Anna & Elsa for photos from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
• Interactive Drum Circle: Join local artist Josh Dunigan for a musical experience.
• Olaf Ice Sculpture: A magical Olaf carving by Ice Brigade.
FOOD TRUCKS:
Patty Matters, Tacos Mexico, Pac Pizzeria, Eastown Cereal Cafe, Semifreddo and Dolce Mini Cakes
SCHEDULE:
11:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Paint the ice at RPC (all supplies provided) and GRAM Workshop open.
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Meet Anna & Elsa for photos
2:30 PM: Ice painting ends
3:00 PM: Face Painting ends
4:30 PM: Ice rink opens for skating
SKATE RENTAL COST:
• Adults (18+): $4
• Youth (17 & under): $2
• 10-hole punch card: $16 (youth = 1 punch, adult = 2 punches)
• Includes free skate rental. Cash & card accepted.

• Monroe Center Ramp at 37 Ionia Ave NW — 0.2 miles away from the venue.
• Louis-Campau Ramp at — 0.3 miles away from the venue.
