Why the Jonang Tradition Is So Extraordinary
The Jonang lineage has always stood apart for its living, experiential realization. From the earliest Mahasiddhas to the countless yogis hidden in the valleys of Jomanang, these masters embodied the completion-stage practices of the Six Vajra Yogas to cultivate direct perceptions of their Buddha-nature. It was this very potency of practice—and the abundance of yogins who reported clear, systematic, and spontaneous wisdom—that led Dolpopa Sherab Gyaltsen, after studying in many schools, to settle in Jomanang Valley and dedicate himself wholly to Kalachakra.
In our pre-teaching, Rinpoche will draw upon these remarkable examples—tales of hidden yogins who achieved profound realization through dedication and devotion—so that we, too, may be inspired to walk their footsteps and awaken the same innate clarity within ourselves.

This pre-teaching is open to those registered for the October Kalachakra Empowerment as well as anyone who wants to learn more to decide if they wish to attend. You can also watch the recording to prepare for the empowerment if you miss it and are enrolled in the Kalachakra Empowerment. This event is donation based.
