About this Event
About this event
Amsterdam is a city known for the many canals that run through the city. However, the city is also polluted by a lot of cigarette butts which, together with the rain and wind, fall into the water.
On the occasion of the World Oceans Day, the association Windseeker and the association Octop'us are organising their first cleanwalk together! It will gather people from all walks of life. The programme will include a cigarette butt cleaning session, a make-up workshop with plastic-free glitter, workshops to present innovative solutions to revitalise cigarette butts and protect our oceans, and finally, a networking event.
All the cigarettes collected will then be transformed into music vinyl.
So don't wait any longer, book your ticket and join us on 10 June 2023 in front of Amsterdam Central Station!
