Celebrate World Mental Health Day with lululemon at Irvine Spectrum. This year’s theme is “PLAY”. Our store ambassadors Max (HIIT), Josh (RUN), and Veronica (YOGA) will lead you through a series of FUN workouts!!

8:30 am: Check in.

8:45 -9:05 am: Max’s workout

9:05 – 9:10 am: Break

9:10 – 9:30 am: Josh’s workout

9:30-9:35 am: Break

9:35 – 9:55 am: Veronica’s yoga

10:00 am: End

Please bring plenty of water, your running/workout shoes and yoga mat with you.
