World Mental Health Day- Stretch, Walk or Bike with lululemon, Regency!

Science tells us that movement and connection are two of the most critical factors positively impacting wellbeing. Being well can start with the simple act of moving your body with others, and we believe that play is where movement and connection come together.

So, with that said, we just have one question:

For World Mental Health Day, lululemon, Regency invites you to join us for a stretch at the store led by our Yoga Ambassador, Lindsay Decker. Lindsay will then lead a walk around Regency Lake. If you don't feel like walking, you could opt to bike with our Train Ambassador, Jessica Shadduck! Both groups will finish back at the Regency store for light refreshments and an opportunity to connect with community.
