Why play?

According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, play can significantly reduce stress and lead to improved mood and better stress management. So on October 10, we’re setting up some play dates.

What: We’ll have a playful 45 minute yoga class led by Yoga Ambassador Kirsten Johnson. Afterward, enjoy an exclusive private shopping experience just for event attendees at our new temporary location! All event attendees will receive special goodie bags filled with surprises!
