What: Join us for an invigorating day dedicated to mental wellness and joyful connections! Our three dynamic ambassadors will guide you through a series of engaging physical activities designed to uplift your spirits and promote mental health. Here’s what to look forward to a Yoga Flow with Sound Bath with Julie Sanchez, Fun Partner Workout with Carolina Cardenas, and a Playful Movement with Dale Smith. Make sure to come prepared to sweat and bring a mat and water bottle.
