12:30 p.m. – Arrival & Gathering Meet on the Capitol lawn. Limited supply of free hoops handed out before classes begin.
12:45 p.m. – Opening Circle & Group Picture Welcome, introductions, and intention-setting. First group photo of the day.
1:00 – 1:30 p.m. – Beginner Juggling with Sophie Learn basic juggling with balls (extras provided).
1:30 – 2:00 p.m. – Beginner Rope Dart with Jon Introductory rope dart flow (props provided).
2:00 – 2:45 p.m. – Beginner-Friendly Hoop Tricks & Tips with Nicole Raye Explore hooping basics and playful flow.
2:45 – 3:30 p.m. – Hoop Tricks, Timing & Choreography with Christa Focus on specific tricks, timing, and a choreography sequence.
3:30 p.m. – Closing Circle & Group Picture Share gratitude and reflections. Final group photo before dispersing.
⏸ 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. – Break & Reset Time to eat, rest, and prepare for the evening. Use this gap to fuel up and get ready for a night of spinning by the river.
