Join us for a special class on Sunday, September 29th in celebration of World Heart Day!
With the theme of 'Use Heart for Action,' we want to get involved and make a difference in our community.
Did you know that 1 in 9 men and 1 in 15 women die from heart disease in NI?
We want to help change that by introducing dancing to the men (or women) in your life and bringing them to class on September 29th.
Dancers have a 46% lower risk of cardiovascular death!
Not only will you be doing something fun and healthy, but you'll also be supporting a great cause. All proceeds from the classes that evening will go to NI Children's Heartbeat Trust, who are celebrating their 40th birthday this year!
So come on down, share your love of the Blues, and help make a difference in your community. See you there!
