Join Chef Martha and discover the tastes of Oaxaca as we explore the origin recipes, culture and geography of Mexico cuisine. This week's workshop will explore the seven moles of Oaxaca. Classes are hands-on and we will be using Diane Kennedy’s cookbook "The Cuisines of Mexico" for inspiration and recipes. Please bring an apron, close-toed shoes and your cooking knife if you have one.
