World Car Free Day, when places all over the world experience traffic free streets. York isn't officially recognising the day yet, but York Cycle and York Beer and Bike rides are!
Join us for a genial group ride around the city, starting at York Minster and ending at the amazing Spark venue on Piccadilly in the heart of the city.
We'll be cruising through some slightly busier streets than the usual York Beer and Bike rides, stocking to the core mantra of those rides by slow cycling in a group. Safety in numbers, nobody left behind, this will be an enjoyable social ride ending with a few social drinks and a chat about cycling at one of the best foodie venues, and purveyors of fine and interesting ales in York.
