About this Event
In honor of World Breathing Day, this class is a space to slow down and reconnect with your breath.
Pranayama offers a direct way to influence how you feel, physically and mentally. When the breath changes, everything else follows. It can help calm the system, clear built-up tension, and bring a sense of steadiness back into the body.
I’ll guide you through a sequence of breathing techniques, paired with sound to deepen the experience and support your body in letting go of what it’s been holding.
Breath is something we all share. This is your opportunity to experience it with intention, in a space where you can fully drop in.
Classes are intentionally small and intimate, creating a quiet, supportive environment without the stress of big crowds. This class is accessible to all levels and does not require any prior experience with meditation, pranayama, or sound healing.
Participants will rest comfortably on the floor using a yoga mat and blankets. I recommend bringing your own mat, and you’re welcome to bring any personal items such as a meditation cushion or bolster, pillow, extra blankets, or an eye mask. If you need specific accommodations such as a chair, please reach out in advance so I can fully support you.
Please arrive hydrated and on time. Doors will be locked at the class start time to protect the container of the experience.
