Tickets are $15.00 for anyone over the age of 6.

Here is a your student may use after the field trip.

We encourage you to turn in a sample that is linked to the field trip that you attended during your next learning period. It helps to ensure that we can continue to provide these trips and their educational value.

Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration.

Refunds will not be given for any reason. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher who planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you.* Families who are no-shows may lose access to future field trips.*

May I pay using my student's planning amount? Yes! You can pay for your student's ticket and one chaperone ticket with your student's planning amount. There are two steps to purchase tickets for field trips with your student's planning amount.

Step 1. Reserve your ticket on Eventbrite. Please select the "Student ticket ordered through Procurify" and or "Chaperone ticket ordered through Procurify" ticket options in Eventbrite. Complete the checkout process on Eventbrite. You will receive an email confirmation from Eventbrite once your order is complete. This is the first step in reserving your tickets. Immediately after you receive confirmation from Eventbrite you will move to step 2.

Step 2. Place an order for your tickets in Procurify. Search the name of this field trip in the Procurify catalog and complete your order just like you would for any other order.

Your spot on this field trip will not be confirmed until you have placed your order in Procurify. Failure to place an order in Procurify will result in your tickets being given to a family on our waitlist and or being removed from the attendee list and having your funds manually deducted.

Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome.

What are the check-in procedures? Meet at Gate 12 to receive your ticket and wristband.

Is there on-site parking available? Parking is FREE. World Ag Expo® is held in Tulare, California each year. Located in the heart of the San Joaquin Valley, the Expo is just off Highway 99, midway between Fresno and Bakersfield. Address: 4500 South Laspina Street Tulare, California Traveling north on Highway 99: Exit at Avenue 184 or Avenue 200 and follow the signs Traveling south on Highway 99: Exit at Paige Avenue or Avenue 200 Parking On-Site is FREE

Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? Yes, All persons, bags parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to screening/security checks with the grounds, buildings, entrances, and gates.
