Let’s go girls!!! 🥰 I’m so excited to see each other and dance together in person again. I have been missing you!
Saturday, April 19, 2025, we will have three workshops at ARC Take 2 in Citadel Mall. Thank you Sarah!
Schedule:
1:00pm-2:30pm Mejanse, Tina style 😉 $35
This dance gives personality, uniqueness, and charm! Pick up new ideas to incorporate into your repertoire.
2:50pm-4:20pm Creative cane 🎭 $35
We are accustomed to cane being used while dancing saidi. But, how about other styles? This choreography focuses on understanding the song history and lyrics to inform our movements, cane use, and expressions. This dance is about acting!
4:40pm-6:10pm Special drum solo 🪘 $50
Dance to a drum solo by expert drummer Brian Knutson, made especially for us! He will be playing on livestream from California during the workshop!
Dinner
Of course we will keep the party going girls! Restaurant TBD.
