Pre Reqs: Familiar with basic static spins and pole grips.

This is for the witches who love to embody some raw, dark-femme energy. Expect to indulge in devilish details, revel in shadowy sensuality, and exude power in this part freedance, part pole flow class.

HeelCraft:
1:45-3:15pm Open Level
Pre Reqs: approx 4-6 months experience dancing in heels at least 7 inches.
Heels Required.
Heelcraft is a technique-oriented workshop that focuses on the technical aspects of heel work. Students will learn 2-3 unique pathways that explore various heel and edgework techniques like gliding, sickling, rolling, and flexing. Each pathway will be demonstrated with both beginner and intermediate/advanced levels so students can safely work at a level most appropriate for them. A free movement section at the end of class will enable students to play with the technique learned throughout class.

Hoe Flow:
4:30-6:00pm Open Level
Pre Reqs: None, but recommended at least 4-8 pole classes
Heels recommended, not required. Kneepads highly recommended.
This class is for the hoes who love a little heel play. Expect old school club style pole flow with just a hint of technical heel work, as you learn a flow with the perfect mix of embodied sluttiness and intentional precision. All levels will enjoy this ooey-gooey, honey butter experience.

Brooke Elizabeth (she/her) is a feminist Witch from Michigan, passionate about embodied movement and intuitive magick. She believes that being 'embodied' is to be connected to, and present with the physical and emotional body, and that intuition is our greatest power.
Using various movement methods and natural magick practices, she harnesses the powers of self-awareness, self-celebration, and creative self-expression. She facilitates experiences that embolden her clients to increase capacity for ease and joy both within their movement, and within their lives.
She is the owner of The Movement Suite in Lansing, MI, the creatrix of Bad Witch Images - a badass boudoir and dance photography studio, mastermind behind the Magick Movement Method and the Embodied Tarot Program, Head Witch of The Movement Coven, a luxury retreat host, poet, former stripper, and more - Brooke Elizabeth is an all around bad ass witch!
She is the dark feminine, powerful witch friend we all want to have - known for slipping easily into 'flow state' during her movement and magick sessions, she loves to create experiences that inspire feelings of presence, playfulness, strength, sexuality, and power. She believes that through this work, we can find more satisfaction in life, develop deeper and more nourishing relationships with our self and with others, and ultimately get what we seek more easily from life.
Brooke has spent a lifetime exploring and studying various forms of movement and witchcraft. She is an ElevatED certified pole instructor and award winning international pole competitor and coach, with 13+ years experience in the movement industry. She excels in open-level experiences, able to cater to a variety of levels, backgrounds, and body types. Her spaces are consent-based, queer and trans friendly, and celebratory of diversity.
