What to expect from the class?
• We will work through the basic elements and key positions of body control
• We will analyze the difference between short and long movements
• We will get acquainted with what papp, texture and how to keep tension in the body are
• We will learn what stopping in space and fixation are
• We will talk about what basic isolation and fixation of a point in space are
• Extra bonus: we will analyze the principle of manipulation
• Of course, we will dance a small combination to practice the acquired knowledge ✨

• We will learn to analyze sound into atoms (we will switch between different musical parts and learn to sustain the sound)

• We will definitely work on the feeling and learn to reveal the emotional state of the choreography
